The Lord God of Israel keeps on blessing Ami in amazing ways! As if last week wasn't miraculous enough, with the honor of the Maccabiah, the newspaper article and then the TV interview - which by the way was shown again as they do a recap of the most interesting interviews of the week.

AND THEN ANOTHER MIRACLE TOOK PLACE

I was contacted by Bill Axelson who was the chaplain of the Boston Celtics for 20 years (an NBA basketball team which won the championship two years ago).

He and his group have been praying for Ami, and because they were here on tour in Israel, he very much wanted to meet him. He came with some friends. Bill and one other man are ex-basketball players, and are 6'5" and 6'6"respectively. They bonded with Ami very strongly, and understood quickly that Ami was made to glorify the Lord through basketball. They ministered to him powerfully that life is much more than the game, and that it doesn't take a spiritual genius to recognize that God has his hand on Ami's life above and beyond what we can imagine.

They were impressed by Ami's reach (arm length) and said that is more important than height. Also - they want to bring Ami to NY for a Knicks game and to invite him to meet the players and attend a game. They also want us to attend chapel with them before the game!!!

It was so exciting! The men all said that they would take him under their wings and try to help him realize his dream.

Psalm 86:12-17

I will praise you, O Lord my God, with all my heart;
I will glorify your name forever.
For great is your love toward me;
you have delivered me from the depths of the grave.
The arrogant are attacking me, O God;
a band of ruthless men seeks my life-
men without regard for you.
But you, O Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God,
slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.
Turn to me and have mercy on me;
grant your strength to your servant
and save the son of your maidservant.
Give me a sign of your goodness,
that my enemies may see it and be put to shame,
for you, O LORD, have helped me and comforted me.

THANK YOU FOR PRAYING AND REJOICING WITH US!

We are blessed and privileged to be in fellowship with you. Please keep on praying for the investigation. We hope that in the days to come we will have something to report, but only prayer will bring down the strongholds and cause justice to come forth.

Yours in Yeshua,
Leah
